With my current RV deteriorating, those conditions are becoming especially difficult and urgent. A safe place to park a replacement RV is already available.     My plan is simple but vital: I have found a reliable, second-hand RV that is structurally sound and weather-proof. I have a safe place to park it, but I lack the funds to make the purchase. This $10,000 would secure my future and provide me with the basic human right of a safe, dry shelter.
